"Wow...where to even begin." was what B said when I asked what to say in a thank you letter.  Iwas so nice to have someone that listens so well... it saved us a lot of time & ultimately I think we got the right house.  I don't know the half of it I'm sure ... but our feeling is that we couldn't have pulled this off without your "behind the scenes" phone calls & extra help.  You must know people in high places!  Well ... I'm sure we were all glad we stayed in the country for this ... but if I had to do it again & be out of the country ... Dear Mr. Bryan,

This letter is long overdue.  We are writing to commend Connie Ransom for her superior service in helping us to buy our home in Spring/2000.

Connie was thorough and efficient throughout the process.  All paper work was completed in timely fashion and, in fact, we sailed through escrow without a single hitch.  Further, as new comers to the area, we were at a loss as to selecting the professionals we needed for escrow and other aspects of the sale.  Connie was able to recommend the necessary people to undertake these tasks.  Even now, a full year later, we still call to ask for advice, and Connie is always quite willing to help us.

In addition, Connie was extremely generous with her time.  As novice homebuyers, we were unfamiliar with the extensice, and often baffling, aspects of the contract and other paperwork.  Connie carefully went through every detail and patiently answered our many questions.  We are very grateful for this and for the feeling that we have a good grasp of such a complex process.

In our ipinion, however, Connie's greatest quality is her exceptional talent for matching the right home to the right buyer.  This proved especially beneficial for us because we were in desperate need of finding a home right away (as our current home had been sold).  We made only three excursions, viewing as few as 12 or 15 houses.  In that brief time, we found two houses that we loved and made offers on both of them (the first one didn't work out).  And don't believe from this that we're not picky, because we are!

As we say this letter is long overdue.  We are quite pleased to finally give Connie the recognition she deserves.

Dear Lois Lauer,

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation regarding the sale of my home.  My wife and myself have had a bad experience with another agent handling the sale of our home.  Connie presented herself in a professional yet friendly manner and answered all our questions without taking up our time.  She ensured that our home was listed the way we wanted and that it was advertised adequately.  Connie listened to our ideas and never hesitated to try anything.  She had arranged at least two open houses for us and gave us feedback on all inquiries about our home.

When our home had received an offer Connie went over it with us and assisted with a reply in a timely manner.  She was present when the buyers had contracted for an inspection and whenever the buyers and/or their agent was involved.

To make a long story short Connie had arranged for us to have our proceeds check within one day of the closing.  She had clearly gone the extra distance and provided a level of service that is a credit to your organization.  Please express our sincere appreciation to her.

Dear Lois,

I write to you to tell you of the wonderful experience I had purchasing my home through your agent Connie Ransom of the Riverside office.

She was truly a breath of fresh air.  The purchasing process couldn't have gone any smoother.  And we weren't even in the same state except the two days we were all together house hunting.  She worked hard every day to show us houses while we were in Riverside...knowing we were on a tight schedule.  She really took the time to listen to what we wanted a & did the homework so we didn't waste any time looking at houses we wouldn't be interested in.  She kept us on top of the myriad of papers that we had to review & sign to close the transaction.  She worked closely with the loan officer, escrow and everyone involved to make sure all the bases were covered and there was a smooth flow of information and that everything was done on time.  We have now bought four properties & sold two ... not to mention the buy & sell transactions I've coordinated for my parents...and we can honestly say that this was so far beyond any experience we've had with any other realtor.  If we had to buy our next house in Zambia...we'd probably have to find a way [to}take Connie with us!

So we would like to commend your company for the treasure you have in Connie.  We will certainly recommend her to all of our friends for their real estate needs.
