I grew up in Riverside from grades 1 through 12 and am accustomed to being a part of an active, community serving family. This has provided me with a good background for doing business in our fair city. After being chosen by AFS Exchange Program to have an extended educational stay in Japan while in High School I decided to study International Relations in College. I attended Scripps College in Claremont, CA where, after another year studying in Japan, I received my BA in International Relations and Japanese. Subsequently I have lived and/or worked in Los Angeles, Palm Desert, Concord and Rancho Bernardo before returning to Riverside with my husband and children to settle in the home I grew up in.
My business experiences has ranged from travel services, securities & banking, hotel sales, and teaching. Since returning to Riverside, I have become involved with the robust local community here in the Inland Empire again. Besides being active in the Riverside Newcomers Club, I also serve on the PTA at both of my son's schools, and am on the Riverside Council PTA Board as the Community Concerns Chair. This year my husband Bob will also be president of his Sunshine Rotary Club which is a task I am looking forward to helping with. My membership in the Junior League of Riverside provides me with social and community opportunities as well.
Riverside is a great location for our hobbies as well. One of the best knit shops in the area, Designer Hand Knits, is right across the street from my office. Too tempting. We are also drawn out for summer evening rides and weekend morning rides on our road bikes and our new tandem road bike. It is a great excuse for fun and socializing with our Riverside Bicycle friends.
When buying and selling a home, the hardest choice you may face is deciding who you will choose to advise you throughout your transaction. Representing and advising you in the complicated world of real estate is a challenge that I take seriously. With my previous business experiences I am prepared with the important skills which are most helpful in real estate. The most important of these are negotiation tactics and quality client service standards. The Ransom-McKenzie Team has the experience to guide you through today's market. We have won diamond and sterling accommodations from Coldwell Banker International and have a consistent track record of success and experience. We look forward to the opportunity of working together with you and taking on the responsibility that you and your family will entrust to the Ransom-McKenzie Team with.
